Good location, clean, nice big yard, safe and private, lots of parking.
There were a few things not working when we arrived, like the light in the living room and A/C remote in the master bedroom, but they were quickly repaired by the staff. The second bedroom does not have A/C.

A lovely, spacious home with beautiful views. The property has high ceilings and a balcony with stunning scenery, making it a really relaxing place to stay. With two bedrooms, three large beds and two bathrooms, there was more than enough space for our family.
The house is very well equipped, with a washing machine, a good-sized fridge and cooking facilities. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, including a seating area and a large garden.
The host was incredibly courteous, friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great—very close to La Fortuna Waterfall.
I would recommend having a car for convenience, but we managed perfectly well without one as we enjoy walking and found taxis and transfers easy to arrange in La Fortuna. Highly recommended.

Que el candado de la entrada estaba en mal estado, también no pudimos activar la TV, y a pesar de informar al anfitrión no se solucionó el problema.

La ubicación es buena. Los propietarios amables, pero poco diligentes. Requieren una mejor administración y mantenimiento.
El Internet era bueno, lastima que no se pudo aprovechar para ver películas.
Para iniciar no había nadie en la casa para recibirnos, mostrarnos los espacios o el funcionamiento de los aparatos, como del aire y el televisor que por cierto no servía y era el único. No había televisión en la sala y queríamos ver películas con nuestros hijos, No había mesa de comedor y comer en la barra del desayunador fue incómodo. Nos recibió un fuerte olor a cloro cuando llegamos y tuvimos que salir y esperar a que se quitara. No hay vista al volcán. La vista del balcón da a unos contenedores que están remodelando, no tiene la privacidad que hubiera deseado para sentarnos ahí a tomar algo, un café o un chocolate. No se pudo aprovechar el espacio. Hay casas muy cerca. El espacio para parrillar estaba sucio, la mesa, las sillas y no había luz. No servía la lámpara que hay de ese lado de la casa y tuvimos que iluminar con una linterna para poder cocinar en la noche. El césped estaba muy alto, sin mantenimiento. Sólo habían 2 cobijas y una sabana delgada. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente o por lo menos no como el que tenemos en casa. Jabón lavaplatos había una miseria, se gastó y tuvimos que comprar cuando se supone que el dueño dijo que iba haber en el lugar. Jabón de baño muy poco, nosotros compramos. Papel higiénico y jabón de manos había suficiente. Paños solo 3 habían y éramos 4, pero nosotros llevábamos por lo menos.. No hay Internet cerca del lugar y fue difícil contactar a los dueños al llegar.
Nadie llegó a recibir al retirarnos para poder hacerle los comentarios personalmente.
