Somos 3 parejas de amigos que vinimos a Cartagena a celebrar la boda de una cuarta pareja de amigos, que tienen apartamento en el mismo conjunto Morros 922.
Por esa razón cuando vimos las fotos del apartamento y de las zonas sociales, aunque nos pareció costoso, decidimos tomarlo por estar juntos. Nosotros ya conocíamos el edificio por una venida en septiembre pasado.
Apenas lo tomamos la señora Angelica Calderón, me contactó para exigir el pago del 50% del alquiler. Esto a pesar de que la modalidad tomada por nosotros en la plataforma era de Cancelación sin costo. Nosotros accedimos por el temor de no conseguir otro sitio en el mismo edificio, dado lo ya explicado.
Un dia antes nos solicitó el 50% restante. El cual fue cancelado oportunamente por supuesto.
Adicionalmente nos cobró $750.000 por entregarnos el apartamento a las 10 am y con salida hoy lunes 4 de mayo a las 7 pm. Accedimos y pagamos. (Recibos disponibles de los pagos.)
El dia de llegada nos avisó que el apartamento era el 401, ya que el que publicaba tenía unos problemas legales y no lo alquilaban. Yo le dije que estábamos esperando un apartamento de 210 mts con terrazas muy amplias, tres baños y hamacas.
Finalmente nos quedamos en el apto asignado, el cual es bastante generoso en espacio, sin llegar a los 210 mts esperados y sin tener una sola hamaca.
El dia anterior a la llegada la señora Angélica me pidió que cancelara la reserva de Booking, porque a ella le cobraban una comisión. Yo le respondí que NO lo haría. El chat está disponible como evidencia.
El dia de la llegada me volvió a insistir en que cancelara la reserva. Yo repetí que NO. Ella dijo que no había problema.
No obstante, me llevé una gran sorpresa al recibir un mail de Booking diciendo que nosotros no nos habíamos presentado a la reserva. Ella la canceló!!!
Y todavía tiene el descaro de decir que es que no llegamos al apartamento que era sino a otro.
