The location has many cafes, bistros and restaurants withing walking distance - many locals walking their dogs and heading places on foot throughout the day. Convenient private parking behind the building. Fantastic location for catching a tram to center city or other locations - we walked back from the Distillery District - 20 minutes. Their coffee maker broke the week before we checked in - The host had a new one over-nighted to us the first day!!!!
We were on the 3rd floor - lots of steps for old people. There have been some leaks in the past that need some attention but nothing detracted from our stay.

When we first arrived we were a touch disappointed in the place ...but after a few hours we realized that we had all we needed ! Bed was comfortable and there were tons of eating and bar spots around us !
Living room is pretty "blah" looking...a little more decor like some painting or posters on the wall would make it look more inviting !

You should remove Lum the Queen from your list of available properties. it is a clean DUMP. An excavated below ground level, room, no ventilation, access is by a circular staircase, that would be difficult to negotiate by a fireman, let alone an 84 year old like me. If I did not have my 55 yr old son with me it would have been impossible to get luggage inside and certainly impossible to get it out again. Communication With "owner" , by text only, is impossible or difficult. They gave us the WRONG code for access and it was purely by luck we met the manager going out that allowed us access to the property. Half the lighting does not work. In the bathroom there is no safety rail to hold onto getting into or out of the bath with the shower above the bath.
