Das Preisleistungsverhältnis (1.500,00 EUR / Woche) passte nicht!
Die Lage ist gut mit Blick auf den See. Bis zum kleinen Steinstrand mit Dusche braucht es zu Fuß gute 15 Minuten über die Nebenwege. Die beiden Restaurants im unteren Ortsteil sind beide sehr gut. Es gibt zudem zwei Familiengeführte Lebensmittelgeschäfte, welche neben frischen Backwaren, Obst und Gemüse (Gurken, Paprika, Tomaten usw.) auch ein recht ordentliches Wurst- und Käsesortiment aufweisen können.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Es war nicht sauber! Hinter der Toilette, in den Ecken und Nischen, unter den Sofas sowie dem Couchtisch, unter den Betten und unter sowie auf den Schränken wurde länger nicht gesaugt und/oder gewischt. Die dauerelastischen Fugen (Silikon) am Badewannenrand zu den aufgehenden fliesen wiesen in Teilen Schimmelsporen auf. Die Klappstühle unter dem Bett im 1. OG waren vollständig verstaubt. Zudem war der Handlauf des Treppengeländers zum 1. OG klebrig und das gesamte Geschirr musste vor gespült werden.
Das Bett im 1. OG ist zudem eine Mischung aus einem rustikalen Holzbettgestell ohne Lattenrost mit darin frei stehendem Gästeklappbettbett aus Metall, was beim Bettsport mehr als beschissen ist! Darüber hinaus ist die Matratze in der Breite kleiner als das Holzbettgestell, sodass je nach Lage einer mit der Wade beim ein- und aussteigen an der Kante entlang schrubbt und sich diese verkratzt wenn er/sie/es nicht aufpasst.
Die Waschmaschine steht im verdreckten Keller, in dem mal gefegt und Spinnenweben entfernt werden sollten.
Der Toilettensitz war defekt (Deckel zum Sitz lose) und brach schlussendlich am zweiten Tag, da zudem die Abstandhalter unter dem Sitz unvollständig waren. Ich habe einen neuen gekauft und montiert, was mit Fahrt zum nächstgelegenen Baumarkt ärgerliche 3,5 Stunden Lebenszeit bei schönstem Wetter gekostet hat.
Der Staubsaugerbeutel war nicht richtig eingebracht, sodass der Feinstaub wieder aus den Ausblasdüsen herauskam. Habe das Teil zerlegt und gereinigt sowie den Beutel korrekt eingelegt, was wieder über eine Stunde kostbare Lebenszeit bei schönstem Wetter gekostet hat.
