Cycling enthusiasts will find an extensive network of bike trails in the immediate vicinity. For hikers, there are well-marked hiking trails. The nearest bus stop is about 300 meters away, with connections to Naumburg, Bad Emstal, Fritzlar, Wolfhagen, and Kassel. Free parking is available on the street. Bicycles can be securely stored.
If you arrive late, self-check-in is available. Of course, we also plan to provide on-site guest assistance.
In the neighboring towns of Bad Emstal and Naumburg, you’ll find everything you need for a carefree vacation, including general practitioners and specialists, pharmacies, shopping, beverage stores, a post office, bakeries, and butcher shops.
Families are warmly welcome here. The children’s room has two single beds. An extra bed or crib can be provided upon request. A baby monitor is also available. Children’s books and games help keep boredom at bay on rainy days. A small playground is within walking distance. You’re welcome to use the small open area in front of the house to barbecue on balmy summer evenings or to wind down the day with a glass of wine while watching a stunning sunset.
