One-bedroom apartment in the building next to the Kollerhof, featuring a combined living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and a living room with a dining area for 6 people. A small room with a bunk bed is available for children. This apartment has its own entrance, a small private garden, and a balcony. Sauna, ski storage, and ski boot warmers are available at the Kollerhof. Towels and bed linens are included in the apartment; bread roll service; the ski bus stops right in front of the house

In the main building, 11 lovingly furnished rooms await you, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Many rooms offer a breathtaking view of the mountains—some even have a balcony. In the morning, we’ll treat you to a regional breakfast buffet featuring fresh fruit, granola, homemade yogurt, and herbal teas from our own garden.
Apartments in the Annex
The modernly furnished vacation apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, a shower/toilet, and some even have a balcony or garden area. A bread roll service, ski storage, and ski boot warmers are also available to you.
Your Summer Vacation
In the summer, you’ll be right in the heart of a hiking and biking paradise. Numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right at our doorstep. Discover over 300 mountain lakes, waterfalls, and alpine pastures in the surrounding area. For families, the Aich recreational lake—with a trampoline, slide, and covered play area—is a real highlight.
As a partner of the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card, you’ll receive the card with your stay—even if you’re only staying one night. This gives you access to over 100 attractions—such as mountain railways, outdoor pools, museums, and public transportation—for free or at a significant discount.
❄️ Winter fun right nearby
In winter, you can reach the 4-Mountain Ski Area (Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm) in just 10 minutes by car. A free ski bus takes you directly to the ski area. And there’s plenty to do off the slopes, too: Tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride—anything is possible.
