About this apartment rental
This exclusive and very tastefully furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 42 m²) on the 2nd floor of the apartment building was completely renovated in 2023 and refurnished with high-quality furnishings. The vacation apartment is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the living areas is high-quality vinyl design flooring; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.
The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the spacious entryway, featuring a built-in closet, coat rack, bench, and large wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The light-filled and stylishly furnished living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with a bench and two chairs; and a spacious built-in closet. From the living room, the large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony) offer a wonderful view of the lively hustle and bustle on Hermannstraße below.
Two modern flat-screen TVs are available for your entertainment. The apartment also features free Wi-Fi.
The separate kitchen features a high-quality, very spacious, and fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The modern and tastefully furnished bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed and nightstands, as well as a large, modern TV. The blackout curtains ensure you’ll enjoy a pleasant and restful night’s sleep!
The pull-out sofa bed in the living room offers an additional comfortable sleeping option for two more people.
The modern and exclusive bathroom (with natural light / window) features a walk-in shower (senior-friendly!) with a real glass partition, a designer vanity with a base cabinet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.
You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with a bench and cabinet) in the apartment’s spacious entryway.
If you need to wash your vacation clothes, there is a public laundromat located very close to your apartment (a 5-minute walk).
You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a lockable bike shed in the courtyard of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your residential complex.
The elevator provides convenient access from the first floor to all floors of the building.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see prices).
In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding!
