Property was great. House was nice and clean, we had no issues. Only minor thing was neighbor ran their pressure washer the entire weekend on a holiday weekend. That got annoying quickly.

We loved the amount of rooms and the big game room downstairs. We had 4 little kids with us and they all got entertained. Rent the Pontoon boat for the best water experience. Downstairs can get quite a bit cooler than upstairs with AC running but there were plenty of blankets. Great kitchen with lots of place settings and cookware.

The host was very accommodating and a great communicator. The house was gorgeous and everything was there we needed to make special memories. They even went out of their way to decorate for us for Christmas. My entire family was able to be together.
