The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a new kitchen/family room with a dining table, 1 bathroom, a living room with a TV and Chromecast, and a dining area, and it’s equipped with everything five people need for a comfortable vacation. It was built in 1900 but renovated in 2024. If you’re traveling with a computer or tablet, you can connect to the house’s Wi-Fi and relax on the sofa. The house has two apartments, each with its own entrance; this apartment is accessed from the main street and is located on the first floor. Electricity, water, and heat are included in the rent, so you can sit back and enjoy your vacation without worrying about reading meters or settling bills afterward. If the weather is nice, you might want to take a trip to the beach, which is just a short walk away, where you can take a refreshing morning dip before breakfast. NOTE: The house is not available for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
