Rooms are on the small side but clean and functional. Staff friendly.

My wife and I took a vacation to London from Atlantic Canada and were trying to sort out our best hotel options.
- pro: train station is next to the hotel (but can't hear it in the hotel) on the Elizabeth Line which is a major line connecting to most major lines. A ride to the hotel from City Center is close to 40 minutes, but Elizabeth Line is nice.
- store beneath the store malls about 5 minutes away.
- a morning flight, will be over $200 Canadian by Uber or Taxi. The morning trains being aroumd 6am. A later flight would be no problem via Victoria station and the Gatwick Express.
- the trash around the station can be a lot. Cans, bottles etc. But the hotel is very clean inside.
- price was half or more of central london hotels
