The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were also nice and friendly. It’s is a family friendly resort will definitely be retuning.

Wonderful experience for the whole family. We especially loved the tour on the ATV’s with the Cenote. Snorkeling wasn’t very good due to Sargasm changing the water to brown. The hotel had everything you could want to do with kids, great staff everywhere trying to please you in every way. The only negative was lobby not air conditioned but all in all a wonderful experience!

Only thing i didnt like was theres only room service if your elite and YOU GOTTA BEG FOR THEM TO GIVE U A RIDE TO YOUR ROOM IN THE CARTS ( theres little at least 30-50 carts!) my room was located at the furthest end of the resort... its a good 15 minute walk to the lobby and IT TURNS INTO A HORRIBLE ONE WHEN YOU HAVE SO MUCH HEAVY LUGGAGE
