The human kindness, cleanliness and upgraded amenities. Really enjoyed the spacious room.
We really appreciated the extra towels to prevent slipping and to soak up the water so it didn't flood out.
The fall/slip hazards in wheelchair accessible room all marble no non slip rugs and tends to flood if putting down towels to prevent slipping on mini ramp threshold.
TV & remote was confusing & at first non operable due to dead batteries.
A skinny non slip mat would be helpful to not interfere with a wheel chair entry while preventing slip & fall accidents.

Nice and clean. Room was very spacious.
Bed was as hard as the floor. Extremely uncomfortable. The check in lady was very rude. I mean if you don’t like your job, quit! I won’t be returning to this hotel on my journeys through SC any more.
