The location, the price was very pleasing and the staff members were extremally helpfull.
I was staying in this apartaments during the heat wave and it was very hot inside, there were only 2 fans so it was only a bit helpfull. ( DISCLAIMER: The temperature was out of everyone's control so this is not a direct problem with the apartament, it's the unexpected temperature increase.)

La propreté du logement et le confort ainsi que la proximité des transports et des points d'alimentation.
Qu'il n'y ait pas de notice pour faire fonctionner le four, la plaque chauffante et la télévision car ce n'est pas si facile quand on est fatigué.

Segundo ano consecutivo em Paris neste mesmo apartamento. Localização muito boa, rua com muitas opções de comércios, lavanderia, dois supermercado, padaria, hortifruti, muito proximo do Arc Triumph, temos pontos negativos, porem recomendaria.
A limpeza estava ruim, a saída de esgoto do box estava entupida de tanto cabelo por falta de manutenção. É necessário uma nova cabeceira de cama, a atual esta descascando e quando voce acorda tem poliuretano até no poros capilar.
