Not recommended.

The most negative attitude was caused by the support service. Just upon check-in, I sent comments on the accommodation, the problems were recognized, accepted and I was assured that all problems would be fixed within the next day. Nothing was fixed. Next, I was offered a partial refund, but to my personal card, bypassing Booking service and only after I put a 10/10 rating for this accomodation. I refused such an unfair offer. Further, the support service began to accuse me of breaking their property, which is absolutely not true. The up-to-date list of comments on the accommodation: 1. Pre-registration through third-party services with personal documents attached looks very unsafe. 2. An electronic apartment access key requires constant Internet access from the very beginning, even before accessing WiFi. 3. The constant noise of the equipment outside the front door makes it difficult to sleep. 4. The lack of free parking, which is stated in the description. 5. The apartment is small, much smaller than the 70 m2 stated in the description. 6. The door to the bedroom does not close due to a broken lock and was explained by security requirements. It wasn't fixed during our staying there. 7. Lack of bed linen for all guests. The request to provide bed linen to the support service was rejected as it was announced at 21-30. The service explained that this is not a 24-hour hotel. Although the number of guests was stated at the time of booking from the very beginning.. 8. The furniture in the apartment is old and dilapidated. To give a fresh look, the facades are poorly covered with white paint. 9. The cutting board is missing. The doors of the upper locker are excessively large and inconvenient to use. 10. A short cloth curtain in the bathroom is dirty and does not solve the problem of water developing from the shower 11. The absence of a rug in the bathroom near the shower 12. Broken sockets near the stove caused great concern 13.

Lovely stay with sea views from hilltop town.

The apartment is in a beautiful town on the hilltop, walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful views from the piazza. The hosts were really friendly and helpful.

It’s quite a walk downhill (and then back up again!) to the beach - fine for us, Mya, our dog, loved it, but something to be aware of. At the time we visited there wasn’t much open on the beach, but sure it’s lovely in season.

perfect except for a few small things

New apartment, very clean and cosy, in a very good distance to Cefalú. I apprecicate also a very good air condition/heating which was very important in cold evenings. Beds were comfy. Good fotlr the price!

The check-in through Vikey app was quite annoying. The kitchen was tiny, it would not matter, but most of the space was taken up by the microwave oven. So it was almost impossible to prepare there even a breakfast. There was no sponge in the kitchen. The living room lighting was quite poor (2 of 4 bulbs did not work). There was no floorcloth in the apartment even that the host asked to keep the floor in bathroom dry (and this mission was impossible due to the bath corner without it). But these things were not the most important. The whole stay at the apartment was fine.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in einem Blue Waves Apartment, und werde es immer gerne wieder buchen! Nachdem unser erster Urlaub auf Sizilien dank Manuel und seinem Team reibungslos verlief, war auch unser zweiter Besuch in Campofelice problemlos und unkompliziert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Der online Check-in mit Vikey ist super komfortabel und schnell, es gibt jede Menge Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung scheint sehr neu und hatte absolut alles was man braucht. Sie war sehr sauber, und liegt super zentral, direkt am Hauptplatz der Ortes. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Campofelice ist ein typisch sizilianisches Städtchen, mit einem traumhaften, langen Sandstrand mit diversen Lidos. Wir haben uns in den Ort verliebt und möchten nächstes Jahr unbedingt wiederkommen! Und dann hoffentlich auch wieder im Blue Waves Apartment!
