stressful

I arrived after midnight, for which I had warned them. They gave instructions how to get into the property but actually nobody opened the main gate. Called and texted to all of the phones but nobody replied in any form. This caused me to stay in the cold and the rain until 3:30am with nowhere to go. With the help of booking.com at least the booking was cancelled and Ihad my money back but at what cost. So disappointed.

Cozy, pleasant apartment

The apartment was wonderful! Very comfortable for a few days' stay. It was clean and well-maintained. There were no unpleasant odors. There were even two TVs: one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Comfortable sofa in the living room. Comfortable and huge bed with a very warm duvet. We specifically looked for an apartment with a kitchen so we could prepare a small breakfast and late dinner. And we were even a bit amazed that the kitchen really had a lot of different additional items that we needed, and some that we personally didn't need, but it was great that everything was there: from cups, plates and cutlery to wine glasses, frying pans, pots, lighters, corkscrew and more. As well as salt, sugar, coffee. We were very happy that there was a coffee maker, because we actually use a similar one at home. There was also a microwave oven, although we didn't use it. The refrigerator was clean and had no unpleasant smells. All the furniture in general was comfortable and suitable. We also liked all these small decorative interior elements, it made the apartment very cozy. There was hot water. When we arrived, two bottles of drinking water were waiting for us, which was wonderful because we were terribly thirsty. The location is convenient, easy to get to all the necessary places. During our stay in the apartment it was quite quiet. A pleasant bonus was that under the windows in a small courtyard lives a family of squirrels, and across the fence there is a children's park where even more squirrels live. And because we often went out to the courtyard, they gradually got used to us and ran up to us and just ran around and played)) It was very fun and cute)) We even fed them some nuts (that's when we found out how many of them live there, because they all came running for the nuts)

The only downside was the bathroom door, which unfortunately didn't close properly enough - obviously something had broken there and it was impossible to close it completely, leaving quite a large gap. But for us it didn't create much discomfort. Plus, there was an additional thin plastic door to the toilet itself, which partially solved this issue. Taking into account all the other advantages, this was a very minor drawback and definitely didn't spoil our holiday at all.

Perfect 10 rating

The apartment is equipped with everything you might need on one trip. Clean and tidy. We really liked the neighborhood. The location is very good. The connection with the metro and other sights is fantastic, and when we went to the game at San Siro, we had a nice walk and arrived quickly.
