We have had a fantastic stay in the cottage. It’s very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very clean! The jacuzzi was a cherry on the top. The location is really good. The shop is within few minutes walk, the George inn pub is stunning and the food was good. The communication with Red Kite was excellent and instructions were very detailed and clear.
Just one small negative which wouldn’t stop me from staying there again - double bed is really small.

Everything! The beds were so comfy, the cottage was well stocked with everything from crockery and cutlery to tea/coffee and kitchen amenities like foil and dishwashing tablets/washing up liquid. There is also plenty of gorgeous hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The hot tub was a bonus and there are clear instructions on how to keep it clean and fresh. Having a washing machine was super handy and plenty of drying spaces on the line outside and inside on the old fashioned hanging rail.
The cottage was beautifully presented, gorgeous decor and the views were spectacular- fields with horses out the front and endless fields out the back. Huge garden!
Overall a fantastic place for a family gathering and in a perfect location for Bath and nearby villages such as Bradford on Avon, Winsley and Avoncliff. A fantastic pub in the village too - The George. There’s a well stocked Coop a short walk away and a farm shop 5 minutes drive (good coffee). Hartley Farm in Winsley is also a really great place to have lunch and get some supplies.
More clothes pegs would be good!

We had no communication from the hosts before arrival so had to phone them to get a code to the key safe when we arrived at the property
Poor communication. The front of the oven and microwave were greasy. None of the appliances were switched on at the mains and we had to search in order to find the main switches. We expected the property to have been prepared and ready for us. The switch for the oven was over the top of the cupboard housing it and we had to stand on a chair to switch it on!
We asked for extra towels by phoning the host. Over the 3 days we were there, no one got back to us and no towels were delivered.
