Lovely place at the heat of Mestre, Venice. Modern and very neat.

It was very clean, and at a great location, the tram stop was literally visible from our terrace. We had parking. Spacious rooms with all the listed amenities. Flexible check in and checkout. Our host Andrea was so responsive and helpful. That made it better. Note that it's right in Mestre Centre and Venice centre is a short ride away. Taking the tram or bus puts you there in 15 minutes or so. Room was more spacious and modern than we thought. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the place a lot. Locking the rooms were a bit tricky in the beginning, took us a little time to figure it out as it was new for us. The town dies down after sooner than we expected in the evening, (but you still have smaller grocery shops open till late not the big markets). The trams and buses ply till late but, if you have car you can probably stay out longer. The neighborhood (no fault of the owner) felt like there were quite a lot of immigrants, but then again it could be just us catching Mestre Central at an odd hour. We didn't feel unsafe at any point, it is just an observation. Nevertheless great value! You get your own kitchen, spacious room and just 15 minutes away from the heart of Venice at such a reasonable price!

Superior Studio

The positive points are the relatively low price compared to other options in Mestre, detailed self check-in instructions, and a bus stop right next to the building.

The accommodation looks more like a converted garage or utility room on the ground floor than a regular apartment. There are no windows except at the entrance side. This side also works as the front wall of the apartment and is closed with roller shutters. This can already be seen in the photos, but it still does not feel like a normal apartment. The main problem is the cleanliness and the overall condition of the property. The floor is so dirty and sticky that white socks become black after only a minute. Honestly, the street felt cleaner. The same problem can be seen throughout the apartment. Many things look old, dirty, poorly maintained, or almost broken. Some examples: the washing machine is extremely dirty and has mold inside; the handheld shower cannot be fixed in its holder; the coffee machine sprays coffee while making it; the toilet seat does not stay up; there are many spider webs in the bathroom; the very small kettle for about two cups needs around 10 minutes to boil water; the bathroom door does not close; and the soap dispenser often gets stuck. Taken separately, these issues might not be important. However, almost every item in the apartment has some problem. It feels like the apartment was renovated many years ago and has not been properly maintained since then.

Comfortable and relaxing.

The host was excellent with the video sent to us before our arrival.

There was nothing not to like. All was excellent for our stay.
