Firstly, I would like to like to sincerely thank you for providing us with such a wonderful, clean, and comfortable apartment during our vacation. What we really loved was the self-catering facilities and the apartment’s proximity to town. This was superb! 👏 We could literally walk to do some of the activities and attractions from the apartment, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. It was truly a great experience. A special thanks to the manager for taking such good care of the apartment and ensuring that everything was well maintained and welcoming. It is clear that a lot of care and attention goes into looking after the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to stay. We would, however, like to raise a few concerns that may be worth addressing, particularly for future guests: Smoking in the surrounding area: Although the apartment is located in a non-smoking area, we frequently smelled marijuana, especially when the windows were open. Some neighbouring residents appeared to be smoking regularly, which was unpleasant and affected our comfort while staying in the apartment. Door lock and safe: we wanted to use the safe to store our valuables, but we couldn't as we were told that previous guests broke it, this was not really cool and also, Part of the door lock was broken and that should be repaired, as this may make guests feel that the apartment is not fully secure. Window blinds: Some of the window blinds did not close properly, and some neighbours could see into the apartment from their rooms. Repairing or replacing these blinds would provide guests with greater privacy. Drying clothes: We were unable to find a suitable place to dry our clothes after using the washing machine. When we asked at reception, we were informed that, because we were staying in a private apartment, they did not know where we could dry them. It would be helpful to provide guests with clear information or a designated drying area. Despite these concerns, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to stay.
