Not worth it

Clean, large and comfy bed, good communication with the owner, but it could have been clearer about the key box (opens up the lid/cap, not by pulling the whole box as a regular small lock), organized place.

Rather small, so noisy that you could hear the neighbors flushing the toilet or walking upstairs, in a neighborhood full of bars, strange smell as we entered the room, which was kept after we close the window, white shades that do not block much of the light (bright from ~5.30 AM). At about 1.50AM a drunk japanese neighbor returned home and bumped into all walls on his way up, smashed the door of his apartment and his wife/girlfriend started scolding him (in Japanese). We asked to move the next morning and also to receive a refund for the remaining 5 nights. Although the owner said their friend living there couldn't hear the noise at night and probably they will have to keep the fee for one night, upon officially requesting it through Booking, they kept the equivalent of 2 nights fee. Of course, one could argue that it was no longer refundable at that time, but in that neighborhood, either that japanese couple are tourists and it is bound to happen or they are living there which is worse as it can happen more often and the owner should be aware of this situation. No help whatsoever from Booking that used the excuse that refund is entirely at the discretion of the owner. Nothing personal with the owner, with whom I had good communication, but I would not recommend that place if you want to rest.

Sachi was so accommodating to us when we arrived as we were able to drop off our luggage and check in just a little bit

Cheap and good location!

First stop on a six month trip, great start

It was easy enough to get to from the airport. The staff were lovely and the room was nice a clean

I have nothing to fault with the property
