Terrible stay

Only good thing was the location.

Before our arrival we received passwords for the doors but none of the passwords worked. We had to call the owner but his reply was “don’t disturb me between 18h to 10am”. We stuck outside and then the neighbours helped us. The oven was not working The house very dirty There were coffee capsules but there were no coffee machine There wasn’t any supplies like salt, oil etc. We booked the house for 6 people and the house was designed for 4 people; 3 chairs( there were extra two chairs in the varanda but they were broken) 4 plates etc One used detergent for the dishes WiFi passwords weren’t matching. He sent us a password but it was not correct

relatively ok

I liked the location of the apartment, the fact that it offers easy access to tourist attractions and is close to the bus that connects to the airport. It is also very close to the Guadalquivir riverfront mall; there are many terraces in the area, and it is very pleasant for walking. I also liked the inner terrace. The apartment has a good layout, and the building is very quiet.

Unfortunately, I did not like the communication with those managing these properties. First of all, all communication was conducted in Spanish without asking me before whether I speak the language or not, and even though my messages were in English, the replies I received were in Spanish. While this is less of a barrier nowadays, as we have plenty of tools to help us, it still shows a lack of respect towards the other party. Another issue was that I did not receive any message regarding key collection, neither one day before arrival nor on the day of arrival, although such information is normally communicated to guests in a timely manner. We had to call from the airport upon arrival; the first interaction was extremely unpleasant, with long waiting times on hold and no solution to our request (which was to help us with a place for luggage until check in since that was not possible at the our that we request it) A second call to the call center was needed to reach someone—unfortunately I did not catch their name—who eventually helped us and directed us to the company’s office, where we were able to leave our luggage until the appropriate check-in time. Another unpleasant aspect was that, although the apartment is quite nice, it is located on the ground floor of the building, and the windows facing the street are not double-glazed. This means the apartment is completely exposed to noise, without any sound insulation. This can be extremely uncomfortable during the summer when the number of tourists is very high. In practice, you can hear everything that happens on the street

Apartment had all the facilities we needed... large shower, espresso machine, air conditioning, washing machine, luggage storage on same street, lots of toiletries, super clean and little patio

No protective rail on top bunk bed and gap between bed and wall, mattresses were a bit too hard on bunk beds, toilet seat cover did not stand upright

La ubicación, la ducha amplia y el tamaño del alojamiento

Que no funcionaba el wifi y que no dejaron sal de cortesia para poder cocinar lo básico. Ademas que todo el proceso previo de registro de los huespedes fue engorroso al igual que el acceso al departamento.

La situacion y lo grande del alojamiento.Y bien administrado de utensilios.

El colchón y almohadas muy malos. La ducha falta de limpieza igual que el suelo. La ropa de cama con pelos y algunas manchas de suciedad. Y el check out muy apurado a las 11:00.

A localização.

A localização e alojamento foram bons, porém, não tive mos condições necessárias dentro de casa. Ficamos 3 noites e 5 pessoas tivemos apenas, 2 rolos de papel higiênico, 3 cadeiras na sala de estar e 2 garfos. A janela da cozinha, a porta de serviço abre e fecha com muito esforço, o autoclismo deixou de funcionar um dia antes do nosso check out. Estacionamento dificil.
