Great little property, tucked away in a side street close to the river within the Latin Quarter with it's numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. A very short walk from the St Michel Notre Dame RER and Metro station with many attractions within easy walking. It was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. Nice crisp white bedding. Carmen's communication was really friendly and helpful. Her husband met us at the property at the agreed time to hand over the keys and explain the door code and door locks. It is very secure and safe. Shower was great and WiFi worked fine. Really good value for this area and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
As very clearly stated in the property listing, this is cosy (small) accommodation. If you had large suitcases for example you may find the limited floorspace and lack of hanging space, a problem. Not a problem for us. There was some noise from rowdy/happy punters in the street outside but it was short lived and didn't impact on our good nights sleep.

My host met me and the whole process was very straight forward and easy
The road, although very quiet and quaint (female traveller by herself, and felt very safe). The apartment is on the ground floor and I think I timed my stay with bin day and so there was a very noisy truck outside at around 5am. Otherwise, it is very lovely, I would just recommend ear plugs just in case! Wifi was also a little hit and miss, but luckily I didnt really need it!
