Very cozy apartment. Great size for two!

Well equipped accommodation, very close to the centre of Hampstead. Really clean and some decent cooking facilities
Part of a set of flats, very close to the main door so really loud at times as people left and entered. The flat above has the loudest floorboards, guests above had a party until after 2am and we couldnt sleep at all for the noise.
The bed is quite dangerous to get up to, with no side rail and very cramped once you are up there.

La ubicación es muy buena. Bien conectada, buena zona.
Reservamos para 4 personas pero el alojamiento solo estuvo preparado para 2 personas:
- el sofá cama no estaba hecho y no encontramos las sabanas bajeras ni una sabana extra para taparse para poder hacerlo nosotros,
- el sofá cama solo tenia 3 patas por lo que era muy inestable y al mínimo movimiento durmiendo caía.
- no había toallas suficientes para 4 personas y buscando en armarios vimos unas bolsas cerradas con toallas pero dudamos de si eran limpias o sucias. Preguntamos si eran toallas limpias: se nos comunicó que "todo lo del apartamento está limpio", pero al abrir eran todo toallas sucias (véase imagen).
- Escribimos via whatsapp quejándonos pero tampoco se nos dio una respuesta ni opciones ni alternativas, solo leyeron el mensaje.
