Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung

Das Hochbett im Küchenbereich war auf den Fotos erkennbar. Nicht erkennbar war jedoch, dass es keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen gibt, sondern nur ein kleines, sehr lautes Gerät im Wohnzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer, in der Küche und im Bad gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Dadurch war Schlafen bei den hohen Temperaturen kaum möglich. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster und roch extrem unangenehm. Die Dusche lief regelmäßig über. Der Kühlschrank kühlte kaum, die Waschmaschine verursachte Flecken auf der Kleidung, die Betten waren sehr unbequem und die Wohnung insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Außerdem gibt es viel zu wenige Steckdosen. Der Balkon blickt überwiegend auf den Parkplatz; Meerblick gibt es nur aus einem bestimmten Winkel. Nach einigen Tagen wurde der Pool trüb, und es befanden sich zahlreiche Ruderwanzen im Wasser. Besonders enttäuschend war die mangelnde Erreichbarkeit der Verwaltung. Auf Nachrichten per WhatsApp, SMS und über Booking erhielten wir tagelang keine Antwort. Erst nach etwa einer Woche konnten wir die Verwaltung telefonisch erreichen. Dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man unsere Buchung leider nicht im System finden könne und wir uns deshalb an Booking.com wenden sollten. Auf die übrigen gemeldeten Probleme wurde nicht eingegangen. Selbst 2,5 Stunden nach unserem Check-out wurden wir noch angerufen und nach den Schlüsseln gefragt, obwohl diese bereits von der Reinigungskraft abgeholt worden waren. Für mehr als 1.900 € für zehn Nächte ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht leider nicht angemessen. Vonseiten des Vermieters beziehungsweise der Verwaltung gab es weder Einsicht noch eine Entschuldigung oder eine Erstattung. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir ausdrücklich den Kundenservice von Booking.com: Nachdem wir uns an Booking.com gewandt hatten, wurden wir sehr hilfsbereit unterstützt und mit unserem Anliegen nicht allein gelassen. Dafür vielen Dank.

Great location

Great location. Had all the facilities you could need. Clean. Comfy bed. Nice to have a pool. Welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Proactive if we needed help.

Could do with a bit of an update and modernisation. Getting and returning the keys was a nightmare.

Déçue

Pas aimé le système de "boite à clé", située trop loin du logement

Vue sur le parking très passant et beaucoup de bruit sur la route. Sur l'annonce, il est indiqué 2 chambres, or il n'y en a qu'une l'autre est un coin couchette donnant sur la cuisine, pas de table d'appoint ni de lampe à côté. Et que la piscine était fermée, alors qu'aucune date de fermeture n'était indiquée sur l'annonce. J'ai payé pour y avoir accès !!!

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement avec la piscine et les petits dej avec vue sur la mer

L’appartement est situé dans un zone très calme alors qu’il est à 2 pas des canaux et du petit centre ville. La proximité de la mer est très très appréciable avec son balcon vue mer.

Très bien situé proche de tout Pour 3 jours nous avons laissé la voiture au garage et tout fait à pieds Appartement très agréable et très propre avec tout l équipement nécessaire et oh surprise calme malgré la route à proximité 👍

Zentrale Lage, in 10 bis 20 Minuten können viele Restaurants erreicht werden. Schöner Meerblick.

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein. Dass das Kajüten Bett gleich bei der Küchenzeile steht, war auf den Bildern nicht erkennbar. Leider war nicht deklariert, dass der Pool ab Mitte September geschlossen ist. Die Garagenbox ist so eng, dass man mit eingeklappten Seitenspiegeln hineinzirkeln muss.
