After a terrible start, it was good

It is tiny, but well thought out and equipped so it worked well.

The instructions failed to mention that at the address there were about 20 appartments and which one was ours! We eliminated those with keys, as ours was a code, and then tried the codes, until one opened!!!!!Late at night this was awful.

3 / 10

Not going back.

Location and shower

The property is located next to the back patio of the building where the rubbish bins are kept for the whole building: In hot weather this smells very bad and the bins are not very clean therefore there are flies. With the hot weather the small studio needs to have the windows open at night so the smells and flies get into the property. This was very unpleasant. There was also rubbish on the street right in front of the building entrance which didn't get taken away the day the rubbish lorry passed.

7 / 10

Small but ok

The property was clean and well appointed. It was close to tourist attractions and was very secure.

It was a bit small especially the shower and had no air conditioning.

9 / 10

Everything we needed in a good location.

Location was very close to Eiffel Tower easy walk. Near shops and the station and buses.

At the time we were there the washing machine door had been broken by previous guest, hopefully that is fixed for our future use.

Confortable, seguro y lindo.
