About this apartment rental
Tucked away from the street, this fully renovated studio opens directly onto its own private terrace, your green outdoor living room in the middle of Paris. Morning coffee outside. A glass of wine as the light turns gold. Dinner on the terrace on a warm evening. The Latin Quarter buzzes just steps away, yet the apartment remains remarkably peaceful.
Inside, everything is designed for comfort: air conditioning, a comfortable bed with quality linens, a walk-in shower, and a warm interior of exposed stone and dark wooden beams. The studio is ideal for two guests, with a convertible sofa and proper mattress available for a third.
The location is hard to beat. Place de la Contrescarpe and its café terraces are just steps away. The Panthéon, Luxembourg Gardens, Notre-Dame, the Seine and Saint-Germain-des-Prés are all within easy walking distance. Cardinal Lemoine and Place Monge metro stations are nearby, and the RER B from Luxembourg provides a direct connection to Charles de Gaulle Airport.
One more detail, and probably the one you'll remember: one wall of the studio is an authentic section of the medieval Philippe Auguste wall, built around 1200 and protected as a historic monument. You're not simply staying in Paris. You're staying alongside more than 800 years of its history.

Cozy little place in a very lively neighborhood, but tucked away enough from the street that noise isn’t an issue. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Fabricio was very communicative and made check in relatively easy for us. He even let us know when the apartment was ready a few hours early which ended up being a big help. I would stay here again!

Adorable little apartment perfect for 1 or 2 people. Very comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed, including a spare outlet adapter, which was a kind thought for foreign visitors. The terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning tea. Great location with plenty of local cafes and easy walking distance to the metro and city center. I stayed there alone and never felt unsafe. Host was also very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. C’était parfait!

Nice location and nice apartment with everything we needed. However, listing said 2 beds and when we arrived the landlord told us that we had to notify him that we needed 2 beds. He thought we were a couple, and did not have extra sheets for the pull-out. I was travelling with my mother and we needed 2 beds. He told us he would get back to us for extra sheets and he never did. I was very disappointed and never have I had to specify that I need 2 beds when it is written on the listing.
