About this house rental
The "sea" cottage 48 M2 for 4 people maximum is part of a large renovated barn in the heart of the Breton Vendée marshes, composed of 3 independent cottages nicely equipped and classified 3 stars
It consists of a master bedroom on the first floor and a small bedroom under the slope upstairs with two single beds, a room open to the kitchen, the dining room and the living room.
A bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet.
Each of the 3 cottages has a private and equipped terrace overlooking a park common to the 3 cottages of 2400 m² with a view of the canals.
In addition, a common room exclusively reserved for the tenants of the cottages (open from 8 am to 8 pm) is equipped with an American billiards, sports equipment and a sauna is at your disposal free of charge.
Please note that the cottage is for a maximum capacity of 4 people, you will not be able to invite people from outside, on the other hand there is only one parking space per cottage.
Please note:
Sheets (optional: 16 euros per bed in addition) and towels (to be brought by you) are not provided.
the end-of-stay cleaning package is optional at 50 euros. The cottages are not equipped for people with reduced mobility.
The site is a few kilometers from Sallertaine in Vendée, the island of craftsmen and only 11 km from the beaches.
You can with friends, as a couple or as a family admire migratory birds and go on beautiful bike rides or hikes.
An excellent Wifi network will also allow you to telework in peace.
