we enjoyed the ping pong table and 1 block proximity to the beach. it seemed 3 of the 4 living room light fixture's bulbs were burned out.

There wasnt a beach view from the house but the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Ashley is a great host and had plenty of recommendations for us. We had a great stay.
