We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and there was plenty of room for a family of 6. It had everything we needed as far as the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and laundry room. The location was nice if you want to hit Mesa Verde and/or Canyons of the Ancients.

Very nice home. Check in and check out were very easy. It was very much like this is your own home.

I think the property was maybe rated a 10 by friends not by actual tourists renting it. It is a nice house and could be very nice if the Owner would spend the money on replacing the flooring with maybe some wood vinyl floors might be easier to keep up and doing some maintenance. Since their no pet policy, we were expecting a very clean place. Instead what we found were large living room carpet stains, stains on carpet throughout the house. The kicker was in the bathroom there was a pair of pliers hanging off the faucet to turn it on & adjust the water. Also the owner should only list as 1 smart tv as none of the other tv's had any remotes. You can get them to work if you bring your own Fire stick or X-box or Roku Stick. There was a broken trampoline in the backyard & the yard was in need of mowing and care. Other then that he has a nice spacious home with an open floor plan in a nice, newer neighborhood.
