Key Features include: Expansive Private Rooftop Deck: Perfect for entertaining or relaxing, with breathtaking views of the Fox River, Leach Amphitheater (home of Waterfest), and EAA flyovers. This is a premier private viewing spot for EAA. Spectacular Views: Located on the third floor, the condo offers spectacular city and water views from all areas within the spacious living area. Luxury Amenities: High-end appliances and plenty of seating, make it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway or special celebration.
Other Things to Note:Check-in at 4pm, Check-out at 11am. Sleeps up to 6 guests: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus a Queen sleeper sofa (Main bedroom suite has private bathroom/shower.)Washer and Dryer included in the condo. Wonderful property. My wife and I have stayed in many renovated/reclaimed spaces, the fit and finish of this redo were outstanding. The host was available and responsive. The space is actually larger than what is shown in the photos. Lots of wonderful touches and inclusions - a fabulous stay.

A beautiful rustic industrial cozy setting with great views of the river and downtown Oshkosh. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and supplied with everything you need. Just the way we would want it to be. A home away from home. The owners are very responsive, attentive and complete gentlemen if you ever need anything. A private grand deck and parking are included too. Highly recommended. Thank you for having us! The Cavanaughs

Charming decor, beautiful views, and new remodel made this a perfect stay However high quality beds and bedding are always my biggest factors. The apt was extremely clean and the host was wonderfully accommodating. Aaron was terrific with quick responses and clear communication. We loved the walk-out rooftop patio and would absolutely recommend this property.
