This was our family’s second stay at this property. Excellent location, walking distance to the main beach/strip. Large, clean, open-concept main floor and 5 bedrooms allowed us to share the cottage with another family. Backyard is very private with a BBQ, fire pit, and hot tub! Will be staying again next year!

The property was great we loved the layout of the house it worked well for two young families of four, we loved the backyard, hot tub, fire pit, the multiple seating areas inside and outside. The kitchen was very well stocked, all bathrooms had shampoo conditioner, there was dishwashing pods ands laundry detergent, lots of garbage bags etc, very ready to be used and visitor friendly. My only reason to bring it down to a four star was there were just some cleaning details that I felt were missed. The house was clean and ready to use overall but we noticed small areas like food debris under all the utensils in the drawers, the bathrooms have some areas that could use detailing and also repairs for example there was no drain in the upstairs shower and the non moveable heads make it harder to shower kids, the sink on the third floor bathroom was slow to drain, two bedside lights were missing light bulbs, the upstairs bunk bed was very wiggly. Nothing that made our stay uncomfortable but could be improved to make it a shiny five star, honestly price was great, fantastic location, we were happy with our stay and it was a really cool little spot! Oh also we had trouble with the lock in the first day at check in and Paul sent someone to help and they were there in like under a minute so that was huge to get quick help!

Unfortunately I cannot give anything but an okay review. To start off, I received notification of the hot tub not working the night before our checkin. My response back to Paul of course unsatisfactory and he in turn did not respond knowing of our dissatisfaction. He said he would try to have it fixed during our stay and there was no attempt at all. I later found out that it has been broken for quite some time but he only told me the night before. I also did not like that towels and sheets were not supplied which makes it very difficult when traveling by air. I also had asked if toiletries were included that he responded to say no and when we arrived there was tons of stuff there after I had went and shopped. I also did not like that the previous renters garbage was so full in the bin that there was no room for garbage and the flies were so bad from it sitting in the sun. The air conditioning in the house was not accommodating for all levels. Top floor extremely hot and the basement extremely cold! And finally the basement flooded after heavy rain which made it difficult to do laundry. Unfortunately wont be returning.
