Spend the most wonderful time of the year in a healthy environment with plenty of natural and cultural highlights. There are many shopping options, numerous sights, and great places to visit in the immediate vicinity. A playground, a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, and a large garden shed with a grill are all at your disposal. Since 2014, we’ve been running a small, family-operated apiary with about 6 bee colonies. We’d love to invite you to watch us process the honey and learn everything there is to know about bees. Of course, you’re also welcome to taste our homemade, all-natural honey. We often host barbecue evenings in a friendly, social setting, or we build a campfire and grill on hot stones in a cozy, family-like atmosphere. You can also find peace and relaxation at our fishing pond, where you’re welcome to fish. In winter, there are several cross-country ski trails nearby, as well as the ski lifts at Hohen-Bogen and Arber. Our vacation apartment, with approximately 85 m² of living space, accommodates 1–4 people. You can use Wi-Fi and the parking lot in front of the house free of charge. The cozy living kitchen features a kitchenette, dining table, and couch. The fully equipped kitchen—complete with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), stove, oven, microwave, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker—has everything you need. In the separate living room, complete with a couch and flat-screen satellite TV, you’ll feel right at home. The vacation rental has 2 separate bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. A crib can be set up in the first bedroom if needed. The second bedroom has two single beds and a closet. Bedding is provided free of charge. The bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, a sink with a mirror, bathroom cabinets, and a separate towel rack. A separate restroom with a sink is located next to the bathroom. We also offer a laundry service for 5 EUR per load to clean your clothes. Please note that pets are allowed upon request (cost: 5 EUR per day, max. 1 dog). Check-in is between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. The tourist tax for the period from April 1 to October 31, amounting to 2 EUR per person (ages 16 and older) per night will be charged on-site; the same applies from November 1 through March 31, at a rate of 1 EUR per person (ages 16 and older) per night. Final cleaning is included in the base rate; payment is due in cash on-site.
