OCCUPANCY LIMIT 7 Waterfront home has 4-bedroom 2 bath. The home has great finishes with a dock on the Northwest River. Direct access to Sebago Lake. The water is deep enough for a boat, great for fishing off the dock, but not ideal for swimming. Kayak or drive over to the town beach. Sit around the firepit with views of the water. 3 heat pumps provide AC for the home. Views of the water from the kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs One of the downstairs bedrooms is small and just as a futon. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe provided. Fishing poles also provided.

We had a great stay! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, quickly responding to all of our concerns and resolving everything. House is modern and well maintained, with all the amenities needed. Outside area is also very good, and the fire pit is perfect! This is a clean and comfortable property that we enjoyed very much, and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

Overall this house was very nice. Property manager was very responsive to messages throughout the stay. “Queen futon” is smaller than a twin in reality.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this modern lake house. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean, well equipped, with AC on the lake! We enjoyed exploring the lake and relaxing at this beautiful home. Eric was an excellent host answering questions and providing prompt communication. Would definitely recommend this property and come back again, thank you!
