About this apartment rental
This beachfront, welcoming, and very spacious 3-room studio apartment (approx. 74 m²) spans two floors (with an interior staircase leading from the first floor to the first floor) in the rear section of the building offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in all living areas is modern vinyl with an elegant wood-look design; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.
The vacation rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the entryway on the first floor, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The cozy living room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as various sideboards and shelves.
Right in front of the entrance, the apartment has a ground-level garden or lawn area of approximately 15 m² with outdoor furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!
For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, a video player, and a selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).
The separate, open-concept kitchen-living area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
An interior staircase leads to the first floor, where the bedrooms are located.
The spacious and bright first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, 2 spacious wardrobes, 2 dressers, and a separate sitting area with 2 comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. The room has 2 large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony) with an unobstructed view of the greenery.
The separate and additional 2nd bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a dresser.
The inviting bathroom features a modern glass-enclosed shower, a sink, a toilet, a stool, and ample storage space.
In addition, the ground-floor apartment has a separate storage room for suitcases and luggage.
If needed, a laundromat is available right near your vacation apartment (approx. 300 m) for washing your vacation clothes.
You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in a bike rack behind the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.
The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.
Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
