The very tastefully furnished and modernized 2020/21 2-room apartment (approx. 43 m²) on the 1st floor has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in the bedroom is modern vinyl design, all other rooms of the apartment are tiled.

The apartment offers sleeping accommodation for a total of 2 people.

From the hallway with closet and wardrobe you can easily reach all rooms of your apartment.

The bright and high-quality furnished living/dining room has 2 comfortable armchairs as well as 2 stools with coffee table, a separate dining table with chairs and various cabinets. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 6 m² large and sunny balcony (facing south-east) with balcony furniture and parasol. Here you can sit relaxed and cozy and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace and quiet with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, a modern flat-screen TV is available in the living room. In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen-cum-living room includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with upscale equipment with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

The bright and friendly bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. Here you have another additional flat-screen TV at your disposal. From the bedroom you also have direct access to the balcony.

The modern bathroom has a shower with (senior-friendly!) low entry and real glass partition, mirror cabinet, washbasin with base cabinet, toilet, hair dryer and plenty of storage options.

In addition, a small storage room for your luggage belongs to the apartment.

You can store your shoes and jackets at the cloakroom in the entrance area of the apartment.

A communal (coin-operated) washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the immediately adjacent building "Villa Rosita – House II" and can be used by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in a car parking space belonging to your apartment directly behind the house, your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle shed of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible on request – a one-time moderate surcharge will be charged for the increased additional cleaning effort in this regard (see prices).

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the balcony for this. Thank you for your understanding!

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum overnight stays / complete booking) are only possible after telephone consultation with our staff.
