The bright, very spacious, comfortable, and modern 4-room maisonette apartment (approx. 120 m²) on the first floor and attic level offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living/dining room and hallway is wood-look laminate; in the bedroom on the first floor and the rooms on the second floor, it is linoleum; the kitchen, bathroom, and restrooms are tiled.

The vacation apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people (children 6 years and older).

From the spacious entryway at the front of the apartment—which features a closet, coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack—you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright, welcoming, and very spacious living/dining room with a cozy tiled stove features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with chairs and a bench; a sideboard; and a large living room cabinet.

From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny balcony (facing east and south), which is approximately 8 m² in size and features a sun awning, balcony furniture, and lounge chairs. From here, enjoy the sweeping view over the surrounding fields and the densely forested Kühlung mountain range all the way to the Baltic Sea on the horizon! Here you can start your day with a leisurely breakfast in the great outdoors, or sit back and relax amidst the greenery, and in the evening, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern HD flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player. The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi.

The separate kitchen (with a convenient serving hatch to the living/dining area) features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen also features a separate dining area with a table, corner bench, and chairs, and is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans.

The bright and spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, and a wicker armchair. For a restful night’s sleep, the windows can be completely darkened using the built-in roller shades.

You can reach the upper level of the vacation rental via a spiral staircase in the hallway. From here, you’ll enter the open-concept living area (loft) in the attic. It features another comfortable seating area with a couch, armchair, and coffee table, as well as two small dressers. Here you can retreat to read in peace and quiet or simply relax.

The very spacious second bedroom (children’s room) in the attic features two separate single beds, nightstands, a wardrobe, and a small table with two stools. Here, too, the windows can be completely darkened using the built-in roller shutters to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The modern and bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower with a real-glass enclosure, an additional bathtub, two sinks, a toilet, a towel radiator, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

The apartment also features an additional separate guest bathroom (with natural light / window).

In addition, the apartment includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage. You can access it directly from the hallway in the apartment’s entryway. Here, you can also conveniently store your shoes and jackets on the built-in coat rack (with a mirror and shoe rack).

You can park your car for free in the parking space assigned to your apartment directly in front of the building; your bicycles can be parked next to the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from one of the many bicycle rental shops (with delivery and pickup service) nearby.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
