This cottage was clean, within walking distance of the beach, had an outdoor shower, grill, and outside dining table. It was perfect for us because my son and his family stayed in the main house and we stayed in the apartment above the garage that had a living room, shower bathroom and bedroom, so we were together but not on top of each other. Perfect for a family and a couple such as us.

We had a great stay in a very roomie home. Plenty of space and since we rented out the entire home we got the in-law suite as well. Very clean and the host was very communicative. All info that you needed for checking in was easy and available

Fantastic place! Clean, bright, and comfortable with plenty of space for the five of us. It's only a few minutes' walk to the private beach and to the Popponesset Marketplace. A superb location; one of our best Cape Cod vacations.

Fabulous vacation. There is no better location in Poppy and can't wait to return. Some items to note for future improvements - 2 of the 3 beds are quite loud/squeak (bottom bunk bedframe and bed in apartment), the outside shower water pressure is weak and furniture could be updated
