Cleanliness! Location! Convenient! Very close to US Embassy as is most of the hotels in this area.
RUDE receptionist. Not hospitable at all. Was more concerned about what was on her phone when I arrived. No greeting! Just asked for my name! Perhaps people in Bogota feel like they are in New York City...same attitude. Seemed put off that I asked for a room at the front with a window. She tried giving me a windowless room. I refused. No where in the booking did he mention a windowless room. She did not give me the correct change after paying cash for the reservation. WHAT kind of a place doesn't have change to give you. I believe she was also the cleaning lady as I saw here collecting laundry from rooms in the am. She seemed miserable. She passed me in the stairway at 7:30 am and gave me that glaring look...didn't say a word! Didn't feel welcomed at all. Tall, slender with long dark hair, glasses, 30's..she could pass for Indian, Bangladesh, or African American. Would NOT book here again.

Excelente ubicación, la atención del personal es buena, la cama es muy cómoda, cuenta con baño privado
La nevera de la habitación no funcionaba, pese a que la notifique desde el primer día, nunca fue reemplazada, tampoco me cambiaron de habitación
