The location is within 22min of most places in Denver. The home is older with chipped paint, older wood on stairs, light stain in bottom of fridge, etc. Home is clean and well kept. Kitchen has trash bags, papertowels, pans, and oil/spices to utilize. Booking agent was responsive to any issues in a timely manner. Neighbors were friendly, and knew who was who (felt safe). Washer and dryer work well. The swamp cooler was effective and pushed a nice breeze through the home before it got too wet and cold outside. This place was lovely and right across from a small park.
This is a split level home, meaning you enter on a split and have to go down to bedrooms or up to living areas. Not a huge issue unless you are letting dogs out and need to climb 2 floors from bedrooms and go down a floor to get in the backyard. We also had 2 days of rain while visiting and the backyard became muddy for dogs/tracking in. Lots of mopping.
Water gets so very hot and should be careful when adjusting temp when in use. I like hot water normally.
