The unit was very clean and spacious and well equipped. There was a great grocery store next door and a great coffee shop for breakfast down the block- bus to Venice right outside the door!
It could have had an extra roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen

Location and proximity to bus and restaurants
Could have used a dish drying towel and an additional chair in the tv room
