Das Haus ist modern und schick eingerichtet und hat eine schöne Terrasse.
Bei unserer Ankunft zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit mussten wir leider fetstellen, dass der Schlüssel nicht wie vereinbart im Schlüsseltresor hinterlegt war. Als wir dann hin und her telefonierten kam der Vermieter und gab uns den Ersatzschlüssel. Es stellte sich heraus, dass bereits ein anderer Gast in dem Haus untergebracht war. Der Vermieter packte kurzerhand die Koffer des Gastes und ließ nur das Bett für uns neu beziehen. Es wurde nicht geputzt und es gab nur 2 Duschhandtücher. Das Geschirrhandtuch war total dreckig und es roch permanent nach Abfluss im gesamten Haus.
Um 23 Uhr (wir schliefen bereits) stand auf einmal der andere Gast im Wohnzimmer und suchte seinen Koffer. Er kam einfach rein, da er ja auch noch Schlüssel hatte. Wir haben uns unglaublich erschrocken, da wir dachten, der Vermieter hätte dem anderen Gast bereits die Koffer überreicht und den Schlüssel abgenommen. Wir mussten dann der armen Frau erklären, dass der Vermieter ihre Sachen gepackt und woanders hingebracht hat. Es geht einfach gar nicht, dass zwei Gäste zur gleichen Zeit Schlüssel haben und jederzeit ins Haus können. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit unsicher und hatten Angst, dass jederzeit nochmal jemand reinkommt.
Am nächsten Tag ließ sich die Toilettentür nicht mehr öffnen. Der Mechanismus des Türgriffs funktionierte nicht, sodass wir nicht mehr auf die Toilette gehen konnten. Wir riefen also wieder den Vermieter an, er kam sofort vorbei und gab uns einen Schlüssel für das Nachbar-Ferienhaus. Wir sollten dann während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts dort auf die Toilette gehen. Mein Mann konnte das Problem mit dem Türgriff zum Glück noch selbst lösen.
Leider mussten wir ein weiteres Mal feststellen, dass jemand während unserer Abwesenheit im Haus war.
Man hatte während des gesamten Aufenthalts das Gefühl, dass der Vermieter keinen Überblick über die Buchungsdauer hat. So wurden wir schon einen Tag vor unserer Abreise per whats app angeschrieben, wo denn der Schlüssel sei.
