Great location but the apartment needs some maintenance.

The location is perfect. Close to shops and amenities as well as a short ride to the city

Bathroom tap leaks. Hot water runs out. Toilet seat broken. No fitted sheet. Oven light doesn’t work.

8 / 10

Easy to communicate pre visit and access wasn’t a problem even with work being done on the internal and exterior.

Great location for our trip. Near the metro and close to great restaurants.

Bathroom a little dated and showing signs of wear and tear.

keys etc nearly ruined out trip to sydney I want a refund or credit because of the HOURS and cost

the keys were a major issue. my husband walked 1 km with 25 kilos of luggage to collect the keys from the EzyMart. The code he gave did not match the code I had in my email correspondence. This took many phone calls and emails - to him / from him / from the Air Keeper people. I was receiving calls while I was in an art gallery to try to problem solve this issue. Eventually the man from EzyMart got the code correctly and issued my husband with the keys. He then walked 1 km with 25 kilos of luggage back to the apartment. When he got there - the key was wrong. He did the trip again and was told by the man at the EzyMart "you got the wrong key" - which "added insult to injury" like it was my husband's fault. He then walked back the 1 km again. Four kms walking with both of our luggage - this took him TWO HOURS. Needless to say, this did not make a happy guest for most of that evening / night. He ended up getting a $20 Uber ride at one point. Air Keeper had offered to re-imburse that. Upon leaving, I sat with the luggage by myself at 7am in the cold, while my husband walked the 1 km to the EzyMart to return the keys. He got to the store - and it was closed with a sign saying "Be back at 11:15". We then had to do the whole phone / email drama again. My husband had to walk back to the apartment again and lock the keys inside the apartment. Again, thank god we had some spare time before we caught our flight or it could have been more disastrous. I emailed the Air Keeper people and asked for a partial refund on our accommodation costs - but I do not think this has happened.

See above. Ruined our trip.
