This was my first experience with stay APT and I will search for one every time I need a hotel. The entire property was pristine in my room was unexpectedly excellent. I checked in after office hours, which was very simple to do, the room, facilities, kitchen bath and bedroom were spotless, maintained in the room amenities or more than adequate.
There was not one dislike

Clean and comfortable. Nice to have full size appliances

The hotel was clean and neat. The kitchen was well equipped. It would have been comfortable to stay longer, but I spent only one night.
The manager was on top of things and even tried to track down unwanted rock band music playing somewhere, so that everyone could have peace and quiet.
The Motel is slightly off the beaten track and is surrounded by quiet meadows and one other motel a 1/4 mile distant. NO rumbling traffic noise, no city noise, just peace and quiet.
I would definitely stay there again.
The stairwell could use a good vacuuming, but otherwise everything was clean and neat.
Nothing not to like. It was great!!!

It was affordable and very convenient
Our bed had a big stain on the mattress protector that appeared to be blood. The tub lining was peeling a bit as well
