Until 12 noon on the date of my arrival, I was told my registration card was coming as well as my code. After 12 noon the hotel did not answer the phone any more. I complained to booking and they could not get through either.

By the time my flight arrived at Santiago de Compostela Airport, booking my b formed me that my booking has been cancelled and I was in my o n to find a new hotel. I am 73 years old. Booked this hotel 7 weeks ago and paid for it when requested. On September 27, at 8 pm I was on a public square trying to find another hotel. I had a panic attack and my blood pressure went through the roof
