The location was very convenient right outside of Preveza with direct access by car to the Monolithi beach. Preveza and Kiani Akti beach are in actual walking distance, but it can be quite hot. The room was equipped with everything we needed and it was very comfortable. I have to point out that the mattress was super comfy and I had some of the best sleeps in my life! The front yard is very beautiful, full of flowers and you can enjoy your morning coffee and/or breakfast.
The room was at the back and the balcony was a bit narrow so it wasn't very comfortable to sit outside. Preveza can also get quite humid, so you wouldn't get enough fresh air from there. Also the view is in the parking lot, but there's not much activity nor noise. I would recommend to book early on to make it to one of the rooms at the top floor.

Really helpful and friendly owner, clean and comfortable, right opposite a delicious restaurant and cool castle but a long walk into town if that’s what you’re after. There is a cheap bus stop right outside you can take though. Bathroom was nice. It was great.
