This is a nice property, very comfortable with many amenities. It is also well connected with public transportation. The nearest subway station is less than 10 minutes walking whereas a bus stop is just outside the door. You can reach the Colosseum within 30-40 minutes. I used a "Transit" App for best times and routes. There are restaurants, coffee shops and groceries nearby. Parking could be very challenging in the neighborhood. The area is relatively safe during the day and early evening. WiFi is fast and reliable. Air conditioning is available in both rooms. Everything worked as advertised.
I would have liked to be able to leave my rollaboard at the property in the morning before my check-in at 3pm. Unfortunately, this was not an option, and it was clearly stated in the rules/conditions. The manager, nevertheless, offered some suggestions.

Appartamento pulito, ordinato e accogliente.
