The place is new, very comfortable, and with an amazing restaurant.
There should be an agreement with the restaurant to serve breakfast in the morning. This would make the experience even better.
I would highly recommend to improve the interior design of the rooms to make them more cosy (maybe some paintings would help)

Комфортабильные апартаменты с двумя (!) балконами и красивым видом на горы (если не смотреть вниз) с шикарным лифтом и шум горной речки, термальные 30-градусные серные источники, пешеходные тропы, воздух, обсерватория и люди с очевидным академическим образованием на челе...
...красивый дом на сотню шикарных апартаментов стоит между жилыми пятиэтажками советских времен, машину приткнуть можно, но если заселить весь дом, то я не представляю как. Под окнами - то ли стройка, то ли ремонт, включая воскресенье тоже. Сам поселок с большим трудом пытается хоть как-то походить на курортное местечко. Более или менее радуют глаз немногие восстановленные дома, построенные русскими в конце 19 века. Бассейны с термальной водой - один "старый", другой "новый" - я таких и в советские времена не видел. В "новом" выловил из воды чьи-то волосы. Как-то все грязноватенько... Как сказал мне кто-то из местных: "русские пришли, построили и ушли, а нам не сказали, что с этим делать дальше..."
