I do not recommend, and be careful when booking with this host

The location is good, however the building itself isn’t great, while checking in I didn’t feel very safe, there were workers in the building and they kept watching me the entire time and it took the host forever to check me in

I checked in at approximately 11:00 p.m. and almost immediately discovered visible fecal waste and hair in the toilet, multiple hairs on the bedding, and floors so dirty that walking barefoot left the soles of my feet black. I photographed everything and reported it immediately. Despite the condition of the apartment, and pictures provided, no immediate cleaning or suitable replacement accommodation was offered. I was simply told that management would consider possible solutions the following morning. Since the apartment was not hygienic enough to sleep in, I had no reasonable option but to leave. The property acknowledged in writing that “the problem was from our side” and assured me that the matter would still be addressed if I checked out. However, despite that written admission, they later refused to refund the accommodation charge for the apartment I could not use. They refunded only the security deposit fee— and did not refund the cleaning fee even which is extraordinary considering the apartment had plainly not been cleaned to an acceptable standard in the first place. This was an unacceptable combination of extremely poor hygiene, no meaningful assistance when the problem was reported, and a refusal to take proper financial responsibility afterward. I would not recommend this property.

Great big modern appartment with great views, good location

The location the views of the mountains appartment was big and clean a lot of closet space The staff was aways available when you had questions or anything

Was missing some simple stuff like hangers for clothes, some more utensils for the kitchen, wine opener, bread toaster, coffee machine and some coffee or tea for the first day at least would be nice some more towels would have been nice as well.

Good location, great facility if renovated. Bad property management.

Location is amazing on the main road of Brummana. WiFi and electricity available 24/7 that made our stay much easier and better than other places.

Cleanliness of the toilets and shower was not good. Most of the wooden cabinets in the toilets are damaged and affected by water. All accessories in the toilets are very dirty and rusted. The mattress of the master bedroom is terribly destroyed that is so uncomfortable to sleep on for even one night. On the top of that, during our stay, Local Host Group deducted from my credit card around $150 the first time without any consent or information on what this is for. They attempted to deduct the same amount again after few days but luckily the transaction got declined due to insufficient fund. After leaving the property and I sent them a message of all those comments and concerns. Today they sent me a WhatsApp message that the carpet is burned somehow and that the cost is 140$ and that will deducted from the deposit amount. Though we don’t smoke and we have nothing to burn the carpet.
