Eine Besenkammer als Kinderzimmer und ein extrem schlechter Service
Lage und Aussicht waren ok.
Die Betten müssen selbst bezogen werden, es ist nicht einmal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, ein Geschirrtuch oder ein Duschvorleger vorhanden.
Der Schrank im Elternschlafzimmer ist nicht nutzbar, da die Türe immer herausfällt, das Bett ist so wackelig, dass an guten Schlaf nicht zu denken ist.
Die größte Unverschämtheit ist das so genannte Kinderzimmer, das rechtlich betrachtet eine Abstellkammer ist. Dieses war im Inserat so dargestellt, dass man sich keinen genauen Eindruck davon verschaffen konnte.
Das Zimmer ist nur circa 6 m² groß und damit viel zu klein für zwei Jugendliche.
Die italienischen Bauvorschriften schreiben für Einzelzimmer eine Mindestgrösse von 9 m², für Doppelzimmer eine Mindestgrösse von 14 m² vor.
Eine Möglichkeit, Kleider aufzuhängen, gibt es nicht. Die einzige Möblierung besteht in einer klapprigen Schubladenkommode.
Zudem hat das Zimmer nur eine winzige, hoch oben liegende Öffnung ohne jeglichen Ausblick nach draußen sowie Gitteröffnungen zum Wohnraum.
Zum einen kann hier von Privatsphäre keine Rede sein. Zum anderen ist das Zimmer im Sommer klimatisch ein Backofen, an frische Luftzufuhr ist überhaupt nicht zu denken. Das Zimmer war wegen der Gefahr von Sauerstoffmangel und Überhitzung somit über den gesamten Mietzeitraum nicht nutzbar.
Unsere Kinder mussten die gesamte Urlaubszeit über auf der Terrasse schlafen und wir konnten diese somit nicht mehr nutzen.
Der Müll soll in 4 Kategorien sortiert werden, es gibt jedoch nur einen einzigen Eimer. Der Müll in Tüten wird regelmässig von Wildschweinen durchwühlt, eine richtig schöne Sauerei.
Wir sind extrem enttäuscht und mehr als verärgert über diese unfassbaren Zustände und den Umgang mit uns als Mietern. Eine in vielfacher Hinsicht so schlechte Erfahrung haben wir noch nie gemacht.
Da wir mit einem zweiten Haus von Interhome ebenfalls erhebliche Probleme hatten, würden wir nie mehr eine Ferienunterkunft bei Interhome buchen. Der Service ist extrem schlecht.
