Lovely visit

The pools and views were amazing . It was clean

You definitely need to drive to access this area. Town and beach are not walking distance. We went end sept early Oct and all facilities at park were closed expect pool . So need a car to go pick up milk etc

Teleurstellend

We zijn eerder op imperial park geweest dus we waren bekend met het mooie zwembad. Voor de kinderen hartstikke leuk met alle verschillende baden.

Het park is sterk verouderd en heeft echt onderhoud nodig. De grote glijbaan bij het zwembad is ook weggehaald, maar staat nog wel op de foto's, dit was een flinke teleurstelling. Het huisje leek pas geschilderd, de verf zat overal waar het niet hoorde te zitten. Onder de gootsteen zat een kastje waar flink water inlekte en ook electriciteit was aangesloten. Een wat ons betreft een gevaarlijke situatie. We hebben zelf getracht de lekkage uit de gootsteen wat te verhelpen. De gootsteen zat ook flink verstopt. De televisie werkte niet. De afstandsbedienig was universeel en moest op bepaalde wijze worden ingesteld om goed te functioneren. Dit probleem werd de volgende dag verholpen. We hadden de accommodatie mede geboekt vanwege aanwezigheid van een wasmachine. We verbleven er ruim 2 weken en het is vooral prettig dat je dan de handdoeken en lakens kunt wassen. Op zaterdagochtend bleek de wasmachine niet te werken. We hebben dit direct gemeld echter, omdat het weekend was kwam er pas maandag iemand kijken. Er werd geconstateerd dat de wasmachine niet meer te repareren was en ons werd een nieuwe toegezegd. Deze zou dezelfde middag, uiterlijk de volgende dag gebracht en aa gesloten worden. Uiteindelijk na erg veel contact werd woensdagmiddag een nieuwe wasmachine geleverd. Na woensdag de eerste was in de wasmachine te hebben gedaan was de hele keukenvloer nat. Wederom lekkage waarvan we niet wisten waar het vandaan kwam. Ook de hele kast onder de gootsteen waar de afvoer van de wasmachine op uitkwam was helemaal nat. Opnieuw melding gemaakt en vrijdagochtend kwam er iemand langs om dit te verhelpen. Er zat een gat in de afvoerslang dat met een soort van kit werd dichtgesmeerd. Dan de bedden, deze waren keihard, waardoor we niet comfortabel geslapen hebben. Voor ons was dit de laatste keer in deze accommodatie. Een dikke teleurstelling!
