The hotel was really nice and I believe it is the best hotel in this price range in Van. The breakfast is delicious and have many options. The staff is very friendly, especially the night shift receptionist Milad was really helpful. He helped us a lot by recommending places to visit, organizing our journey ahead and simply welcoming us every evening.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the city center.
The management was very friendly and polite.
here weren't enough chairs in the triple room. There was only one seat available.
The breakfast wasn't very good, and the same food was served every day.
